JAG High School Ministries exists because God moved on the hearts of a couple college students Ryan Abel and Shirlyn Ninala (back in the day c.a. 2000) to mobilize the high school students of Reaching Hearts International (RHI) to ministry.  The young people had no mission or goal. They were just a group of young people who met every Saturday morning and studied their Bible lessons. One day Ryan and Shirlyn decided to change that and come up with a concept and mission for the youth group. their goal was to empower the youth (as they had been empowered) to reach out to other youth in the church, at school, and in their communities.  They sought an environment where the youth felt comfortable to share their beliefs and fellowship with each other. Their greatest desire was to help the youth develop lifelong skills so they can become visionary leaders of the future. After a lot of prayer, Just Advocating God (JAG) was formed. JAG was the response of a few RHI young adults to the needs of its young people, and sharing the unique gifts of the youth with the larger community.
